This typically includes Zoho CRM, HubSpot (free tier), or custom Google Sheets and Notion-based systems for smaller businesses. We recommend the right tool for your scale and make sure it is fully configured and connected to your other systems before handover.
Can the CRM connect to our WhatsApp number?
Yes. A core part of our CRM setup is connecting it to your WhatsApp Business API so every conversation is automatically logged as a lead in the CRM with the customer name, message, and timestamp. This eliminates the need for manual data entry.
